Minibus hire is quoted according to the vehicle and service required. A direct hotel transfer, an airport pickup with large suitcases and a full day with several stops need different arrangements.

During day hire, driving time and waiting at your planned stops form part of the agreed booking period. This includes time spent visiting attractions, having lunch or attending appointments.

What does the quotation include?
Your written quotation will identify the vehicle arrangement, route, driver and agreed price.
For day hire, it will also confirm the booked hours and waiting arrangements. Fuel and parking for the agreed itinerary are included in the transport quote.
Additional stops, extra hours, separate luggage transport and other requested services are agreed before you confirm them.
Entrance fees, meals, boat trips and activity tickets are separate unless expressly included.

Can all our passengers and luggage travel together?
This depends on the vehicle, passenger count and luggage volume. Send the full details before booking so we can confirm whether one vehicle is suitable or whether additional luggage transport is needed.
Can you collect people from more than one hotel?
Yes. Send each pickup address and the passenger count at each location. We will agree on the pickup order, timing and total price.
Does the driver wait during our stops?
For day hire, waiting at the agreed stops is included within your booked hours. For a point-to-point transfer, tell us about any planned stop or waiting requirement when requesting your quotation.
Can we book a minibus for several days?
Yes. Send your dates and the transport required on each day. We will prepare a quotation covering the schedule and confirm the driver and vehicle arrangements.
How do we pay?
Payment is normally made in cash to the driver at the end of the agreed journey or day. We accept Mauritian rupees, euros, British pounds and US dollars. Confirm your preferred currency when booking.
For multi-day or event arrangements, we confirm the payment schedule with your quotation. Card payment is not available in the vehicles.
What is the cancellation policy?
Standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Any separately booked activities follow their own cancellation conditions.
